IMPORTANT NOTES REGARDING THE EVALUATION OF APPLICATIONS TO THE SECOND CALL FOR ERASMUS STUDENT MOBILITY FOR TRAINEESHIPS FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2017/18 & SELECTION OF MOBILITY CANDIDATES

1) The designations have been made according to the following criteria:
i) success level of the students are determined on the basis of GPA and SELT (ŞEHİR English Language Test) score, weighted 50% and 50% respectively. GPA’s are converted into 100 system using the conversion table of YÖK.
2) Regarding the working hours per week, each student must be showing performance of 35 - 40 hours/per week approved by the host institution at the end of their internship periods on their “Evaluation of Performance”. Only full-time internships, i.e. 35 - 40 hours/per week, will be supported through Erasmus grant.
3) If the mobility has to be terminated by the participant before completing the minimum duration of placement due to an adverse and unexpected event that could not have been mitigated, she/he might still receive the amount of funds corresponding to the real duration of the placement. In the case of an early termination (before two months) under any other circumstances, the participant will not be entitled to any funding and will have to pay back the amount already received.

If you decide to abandon your right, please fill in the attached “Abandonment Letter” and submit to the International Relations Office by 30th of April, 2018.
